Returns Policy

If you are not delighted with your Garage Duck, you may return it as long as it is in like-new condition (hanging hardware cannot be attached) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If your order is damaged during shipment, you must file the appropriate claim with either USPS or UPS as the item is no longer our property and we are not allowed to file this claim for you. 

Before returning an item, please contact us first for authorization and information on where to ship your return, or log into your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once your return is authorized, be sure to package it carefully in the same manner in which it was shipped to prevent damage.
ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE INSURANCE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT.  If your return is damaged in transit to us and if it is not insured, we will not be able to issue a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days, depending on the method), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Free shipping to the lower 48 states!  Orders will ship in 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated, so please allow for that when ordering. We can ship to addresses in the United States and Canada at this time. Free economy shipping is offered on all orders shipping to the continental United States. We will use UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post and will ship using whichever method is the most economical for your order, which we will choose at the time of shipment. The shipping charges quoted in the shopping cart will reflect the cost of the most economical method available. Both of these methods offer package tracking and insurance. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Shipping charges to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will be calculated in the shopping cart. Our shopping cart currently does not support shipping outside of the United States and Canada. If you would like your order to ship to an address outside of the US and Canada, please call us at (810) 895-6286 to place your order and allow us to calculate shipping.
